Where ambition meets play. Real dinners, real friendships, real impact.
For 20 years, Wonder Women has gathered exceptional women around private dinners hosted in members' homes. Two things are true: we are serious leaders, and we have fun together. We are building something for the ups and downs of life.
It started with four of us. Twenty-some years ago, a handful of friends in tech and venture would meet once a month at a new restaurant in New York — we were friends, it felt like friends energy. We showed up as our whole selves, told embarrassing stories, and laughed until it was the best night of the month. The table grew as we invited more friends, spread to homes, and two decades later it's twenty thousand women around the world — and it's still the same dinner: real friends, bonding, laughing, the kind of people who actually pick up the phone.
We are going to be here for each other for a long time. Even into old age.
I hate networking. But I love connecting. A room full of women who have done remarkable things. We connected as humans first.
Everything is curated. The dinner table is the heart. Around it, we build the rest of life together.
I am continually impressed and grateful for the connection with this remarkable group of female executives. Here's why this community stands apart: truly engaging and supportive, self-regulating with high trust, unparalleled helpfulness. Kudos to Yao for curating such an exceptional community of badass, smart, and kind humans.
Wonder Women is not a service. It is a community.
People help you because they know you. Because they like you.
Because you have shown up for them.
The dinner is the door. What happens after is up to you.
Help flows both ways. The members who give the most receive the most. We do not sell access. We invite participation.
Career is one part. Members help each other through kids, parents, divorce, health, new cities, new chapters. The whole person.
Relationships built over years pay off in decades. The longer you stay, the deeper the network. The deeper the network, the more it gives back.
VOUCH is a curated referral exchange for vetted members. Each membership tier comes with VOUCHES you can use to make high-trust introductions across the community. Earn more by helping others. Or purchase more when you need them. Use them for personal or professional needs. The ultimate network activated. Every VOUCH participant is invited and vetted. Trust is the Key.
When is the last time you felt truly celebrated for who you are? These dinners bring together accomplished women who want more than surface-level networking.
Most networks think about the next quarter. We are thinking about retirement. Golden Girls is shared living for the long arc of life. Real homes. Real time together. Real plans for how we want to spend the second half.
Not a retreat. Not a getaway. Where we live.
Some of the best networking I've experienced lately doesn't feel like networking. It feels like dinner.
I've been to a dozen of these dinners and connected with well over 100 women in Chicago — housewarmings, a book launch, intros, job referrals, real friends. I've found community in a city where I'm still growing roots.
The confidence from these women was epic; their ease telling some of the best stories I've ever heard made connecting feel effortless. A joy to be part of.
Wonder Women is by far the coolest — curated dinners connecting exceptional women across industries. It reminds me to keep my eyes and mind wide open.
Being part of Wonder Women has truly changed my life. This community of brilliant minds has been nothing short of transformative — women supporting women.
These are not like other events. We're building real community and genuine friendships — helping each other happens naturally, a by-product of trust, not the goal.
Phenomenal. I met so many strong, fearless women — and learned that everyone in the room had a secret that could not be Googled.
You throw THE BEST dinner parties! I was on a high for a full 24 hours after this event, soaking in all of the drive, purpose and mischievous hilarity of this powerhouse group. I can hardly wait for the next window dressing adventure!
Every major company sits at our tables.
Members come from Fortune 500 leadership, top venture firms, leading media, academic institutions, non-profits, and the startups shaping what comes next.
And many more.
I've been in enough rooms to know the difference between a networking event and a community. This was unmistakably the latter. What struck me wasn't the credentials in the room. It was the quality of presence. Women leading at the highest levels, choosing to show up with curiosity and generosity, not agenda.
And where Wonder Women gather around the world.
